At Gaita Memorial Home, our mission is to make this most difficult time as comfortable and stress free as possible. We take great pride in listening to your concerns and providing you with the personalized services your loved one deserves. There are many different services to choose from when considering the funeral of a loved one. The following is a sampling of the many services we provide:

A traditional service includes visitation with an open or closed casket present, a ceremony which is held in the funeral home or church, and finally the burial, entombment or cremation. 

A graveside service is held at the grave or mausoleum in the cemetery. The casket or urn are present at this time.

A memorial service is a tribute held at either the funeral home, a church, or a location the family chooses. The casket is not present but an urn can be present. The family is encouraged to supply photographs celebrating the life of the loved one. This can be as highly a personalized experience as any traditional funeral service.

A cremation service is also provided by Gaita Memorial Home. There are many ways to incorporate a cremation into the funeral process. A cremation can be the final dispostion following a traditional ceremony. It can occur before or after a memorial service and of course, there is the direct cremation which is carried out without any type of ceremony at all.
